Attended the clinic for a few weeks. First of all, let me say that Dr. Williams was helpful, professional and spent time talking about my injury. However, when you run a business, there are many aspects to keep in mind. Customer service is in my opinion what is holding this place back. The lady upfront, April, is incompetent, rude, and lacks the ability to work with customers. I had to constantly tell her how to work with my insurance in terms of the documentation that was requested, payment, communication, etc. She basically disregarded everything, got an attitude and hang up the phone on me twice. She was asked to provide a medical report that I needed to show to my insurance, receipt of payments... it took her weeks to have that sorted out, and made my situation a lot more complicated than it should have been. They are not busy at all, so I am not sure where she is spending her time. As a heads up, a 1 minute adjustment and tens pads cost 65 dollars, definitely not cheap either. I have now been attending a different facility. I have not experienced any issues at all. As a matter of fact, they have handled everything before I asking anything. I get updated medical reports and progress on my injury before it is asked, everything is printed and/or emailed to me before I even drive back home. Payments are handled efficiently and in a timely manner... This is how you do business, and treat customers.
