Said he fixed parts and charged me for labor as if he fixed the parts only to find out 2 months later when taken to another shop I find out parts wasn't replaced and he had charged me asif work was done.

My son's car would not start. We live all the way out in Rice. (Heart's will travel up to 50mi.) They came out within an hour, towed the car back to the shop. Assessed and repaired what was needed to get the car running. They notified me of additional issues beyond getting the car running, and allowed me to chose my services. I was able to pick up the car, fixed, within 5 hours of the first contact. He also followed up to make sure the car ran smoothly, and gave me an estimate of the addition repairs for the future. Very reasonable, and highly recommended. Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Brakes, Auto maintenance

I wish I could give negative stars. I have never been treated so poorly by a business in my entire life. Jack made up information, charged me way too much to fix a problem that wasnt the problem and has made no effort to correct it. He portrays himself as a decent guy who researched the issue and fixed a dead battery. Except that I requested he fix the alternator. He refused. Now magically he doesnt know why the alternator is dead after he put in a super expensive new battery. Do not use this company. Sadly there are no trustworthy mechanics in Nottoway county. Service: General repairs & maintenance
