Erin Vogt and Sheila Spindler, Coldwell Banker Townside Bburg

While looking on the local Blacksburg FB page asking about good realtors, Erin and Sheilas names came up multiple times. I contacted them through messenger and was able to get in touch with them right away. Erin was under the weather but came to see our house as quickly as she could. The following week we were out of town but they took care of everything while we were gone including staging furniture, getting the house cleaned, listing it, and ultimately getting it under contract before we even got back! They responded immediately to almost all of my texts or calls and were extremely easy and fun to work with. They were always happy to answer any question I had and were very knowledgeable. We loved having them as our realtors and would recommend them to anyone buying or selling in the area! Thank you guys!!
