Cook Out

I recently went to get food 45 minutes before close, and there were employees inside closing down and cleaning or on their phones. I understand closing 5-10 minutes early if the traffic is slow, but 45 minutes is absolutely unacceptable and horrible look for business. There are not many places that are open past 10 P.M. in Blacksburg, so its important for the establishments that do keep their allotted hours of operation or at least make an attempt to notify customers that youll be closing early :) Hope this helps

The service is always really great, friendly, quick, efficient. The food itself is great if you like greasy diner food with a bit less grease. The shakes are amazing. Continues to be the best Oreo shake I've ever had! The ice cream tastes freshly churned and the crumbles are crisp just like a fresh Oreo, never soggy or mushy like other places with Oreo shakes! (Looking at you, Chick-fil-A ) Parking: Massive amounts of parking, could only possibly struggle to find a spot on a home VA Tech football game day, but unlikely. Drive-through is another story. Evenings in weekends when VA Tech is in season, a line wrapping around that massive parking lot several times does happen.

Quality and all has really went down here in the last year as the prices has went up. Used to be one of my favorite spots now im paying 10 dollars just for this? Like where the rest of the food at?
