I bring my senior Maltese Bichon-Frise mix here regularly - her hair is prone to matting, but David always works a miracle! She has many skin tags and other health issues that he is always very careful with. Money well spent.

I went to petco to get cat supplies. It was a good experience. Paul gave us good advice and was patient and nice. We came out the store with what we needed. Shout out to Paul.

I just moved to DC and started my saltwater aquarium again. I was surprised at how knowledgeable the staff was about the hobby and the verity of corals and fish. Special shout out to Charline!

It hurts writing this review, because I typically take my dog to get groomed here. I have tried calling the store and speaking with a manager 3 times, but I was transferred to voicemail each time so I am left with no choice. Usually a very nice girl grooms my dog, I tried calling to learn her name because her work is extravagant and my dog always comes home just fine. Unfortunately, I did not receive her name but this review is in no reflection of her work. However, I took my dog here again, but a new groomer was cutting him this time. A taller gentleman with glasses, again, I didnt get his name. I explained I wanted my golden retriever to have a small trim all around and just a nice clean up. Upon picking up my dog, I noticed his rear end has been completely shaved to the skin. I understand this could be because of matting, but he frequently gets groomed and brushed. He was not matted so there was no reason to do this. Ive also learned this gentleman plucked my dogs ears without calling me or any of my consent. My dog is extremely irritated from the way the groomer handled him. Again, theres some groomers here that are phenomenal. Some that would probably call if they were going to pluck ears or felt it was best, rather than just doing it. I am just left to leave this review because I cannot get ahold of the proper management team to simply speak on what was done to my dog. I would say you are better spending a little more and getting true and honest work out of an excellent groomer else where. I hope to be in contact with a manager soon to learn who cut my dog perfectly and who cut my dog horrifically, so I can change this review because some of the employees are very nice and skilled and this shouldnt reflect the whole team when it was one person who made a very bad mistake.
