        Fantastic service station. While driving home to North Carolina our van overheated and had to be towed. Fortunately we were near Ashland and had our vehicle towed to Mac's. They diagnosed the problem and had us on our way home within 24 hours. These guys know what they are doing. Great mechanics. And, they provide car service to local hotels if you are in need to stay the night. Everyone should support this business, they are fantastic!

        Great service! Took my vehicle in for a diagnostic to see what was going on, and they were done quickly. They texted the results they found. I called, and they were extremely professional in telling me what steps I should take. Unlike other car repair places, they were honest about worthwhile fixes and what needed to be done now. They weren't pushing sales and have lower prices than most in the area.

        This shop is a staple in Ashland. Most honest, dependable, courteous and efficient mechanics I've ever used. Been a customer for probably a decade now and always been satisfied with my service. Even after I moved out of Ashland, they're still the only mechanics I trust with my car.

        We were on our way from NC to MA, stopped for lunch in Ashland, VA, got a flat tire! Despite being booked solid until Thanksgiving, Mac was able to retrieve a tire from the warehouse and get us on our way in less than an hour. Friendly, exceptional service to a couple of strangers on the road.
