Customer service is terrible. They will not return calls, emails, voice-mail, etc. I have had to call so many times to get updates and figure out what's going on. If you complain about no one returning calls it falls on deaf ears. We have waited for 10 months to get a battery pack for my son's wheelchair. NUMOTION let the referral expire and have wasted another month of waiting for the part. I was reassured a manager would call me back and it's been crickets. Run!!!! Do not use this company

Communication is terrible my wheelchair stop working in January and I went thru the whole process getting a prescription for a wheelchair from my doctor then a salesman Brad came out and we did a video visit with a physical therapist and their therapist said i was approved for a permobil F3 wheelchair a week later Brad brought a F3 for me tto try wheelchair for me to try which was 250lbs heavier than my wheelchair and I told him that day that I didn't have anyway to transport it and and I didn't like the F3 and wanted something lighter and Brad order a f3 without my knowledge and the one they brought for me to try was so heavy it broke thru all my sub flooring in the house cost $400 just to replace sub floor and it caused pressure sores on my foot and scars on my side because its not the right size wheelchair I could go on but I highly recommend using any other wheelchair company than numotion
