CSC Service Works

There should be an option to provide no stars at all. Very poor. The machines in our apartment are not working for more than 2 months. I raised a request with them and none cared. The apartment agency is no better. They also don't care.

Terrible company, especially with customer service; hard to get in contact with and they say that they'll give a refund and guess what, they don't ..just another company that isn't interested in properly servicing the customer and is more interested in acting like they do, this company is just like a politician, i strongly suggest avoiding using their services.

We have had our washer and them getting a part for 19 days. They are the worst company you can't reach anyone to talk to about it. They are terrible company anyone else would be better. Don't use this company.

Id give this company a negative 5 rating if I could . Horrible service.. our machines havent worked in months and I might as well be talking to a wall when reporting anything to what is a totally useless customer service staff .. i wish our apt complex would get another company tired of the problems with the machines !!!!
