    Contacted them about a recall on my Lowes 2022 Skorpion 17 (they are the only certified Lowe dealer in the Richmond area). Was told they are 3 months out and imagined I would want to use the boat. When asked to book me 3 months out anyhow they simply said the lot was full and to take it back to where it was purchased (a 400 mile drive for me). They simply brushed me off and refused service or any other solution. Fair warning to anyone purchasing Lowe boats from them or using Eds as your marine mechanic. Going to contact Lowe and let them know. Edit post reply: No kidding you dont have a record. You refused to help me (which actually would have been honest, youre operator just made excuses while the service manager told her what to say). I spoke with your front desk/phone operator on 1/29 at 12:30 and again at 4:00 when they called back.

    Worst dealer there is I was warned but boat was a good price but cant get them to listen to issue I am having STAY AWAY. Take your business elsewhere. So it took 3 times calling after you said you would call back. Then telling me I am crazy that it is simple math my boat doesn't need a "racing prop" and then me hanging up on you after refusing to help me at that point for you to go look for the prop. Well if you wish to make this right call me you have my number.

    PSA Do not ever buy anything from Ed's Marine Superstore or have them service anything. They are horrible at honoring warranties!! UPDATE- No service ticket has been created. Let me give the back story. We bought a new motor in 2022 for our bass boat. A few months ago it started to run hot (in between 215-235). We talked to someone twice about the temp and was told drive it until the alarms go off. That was told to us by 2 different people. That is not how to run things. So, we found another authorized dealer (name given to us by Honda) and they changed the water pump and the sensors. Both thermostats have also been changed. Once we noticed oil coming out of the head gasket, that is when we went to the store to ask how to handle this. We were told because someone else worked on it and we don't know what they did (even though we have paperwork), we are not working on it. Now, anyone that buys something new knows that just because another authorized dealer works on something, that doesn't give you the right to deny service. This is a warranty issue that you are choosing not to address even though we gave you over $21,000 when we bought it from you!! We have also already been in contact with Honda and they will handle things accordingly.

You told us that you took your motor to another Honda dealer ( Dockside Marine ) because it was overheating and they have worked on it 3 times and cannot fix it. Since the problem is from an overheat issue it would not be warranty. It could possibly be an insurance claim depending on what caused the overheat. We told you that we did not want to get in the middle of problems you are having with another dealer and the best course would be to call Honda and see if they could offer any help.This review should be for Dockside Marine and not our dealership.

After you hung up the phone on me I went and double checked the warehouse and found the prop size you were looking for. I called you and left a message but you never called me back.Saying that a company is the "worst dealer" because they don't think that they have a rare prop size in stock is kinda crazy.
