Took my car in on a Wednesday morning with an appointment and after waiting until they were almost closed, it still wasn't done. Came back the next day around noon and told it would be done definitely. Didn't get a call to let me know they needed to keep it over night and had to realize it was held captive in their garage. My car wasn't done until next morning around 11. Forty-eight hours after my "appointment". Horrible communication. I suggest going somewhere else.

Second time Ive visited this location for service and both times their scheduling system screwed up. How do you let someone schedule an appointment at closing time? Ask these guys. Never going to even consider coming back.

My Appointment was not honoured. I was there by 8:45 AM for a 9:00 AM Appt. The person at the desk initially said it would take up to 2 hours. When I asked if they had a ride, he said no and said he can't get to my vehicle until later in the afternoon and it takes more than 2 hours. Then he said he is overbooked that day and can schedule an appointment for Monday. The person at the desk tried everything to make me go away (he was successful) . There was just 1 person in the waiting room. I got an automatic $20 discount on oil change. I did not see it before scheduling . This could be the reason he doesn't want to do business today. Well don;t offer the discount then.. I did not have to clip coupons for it.. it came automatically. This whole experience is an utter waste of time. I am new to the area and just thought of trying NTB. I would have come to NTB for all my auto repair/service needs but with this experience, never stepping there.
