        Management; Tavafry has been my favorite snack and cake/pastry store since the business opened up. However, I am very dissatisfied and disappointed in the lack of transparency when you order a birthday cake and you are cheated of the size and charged for the amount which is not delivered. I have contacted the person in charge of the matter but no response, at this point I have only two solutions on my hand, to post everything online for consumers to see on social media and also report this to the Office of the Attorney General of Virginia Consumer Protection Section. I am wondering if these normal business practices are widely used at your business to cut corners and cheat customers. Looking forward to your response.

      We appreciate your feedback and apologize for the incorrect cake size. We use 8, 10, 12 inch boards for making cakes however the actual cake size is usually an inch shorter for the preparation and holding/carrying purpose.However, Our staff made a mistake in ordering/making the right size cake for you and we are taking the responsibility behalf of our restuarant.Kindly call us or visit our restaurant so we can correct it for you.ThanksTava Fry Owners
