Well where do I start? He was absolutely amazing! He wasn't just trying to sell plot just to get it off of his hands. He listened and even made jokes! Normally the jokes from any other Realtor would be cheap and just to butter you up for a sales pitch. But he was hilarious! To be perfectly honest I can't describe how good of a Realtor he is! You may just have to experience it for yourself. Trust me you won't regret it!

I spoke with several realtors before moving forward with selling my house. Scott's presentation at our initial meeting was the most professional; however, at the same time he made me feel more comfortable about the process. We may have only just met, but he made it seem as though we were old friends. Scott had great recommendations for staging and prepping the house for sale. His market knowledge led to realistically setting my expectations about what my home was worth. This is extremely important as in my previous experience, realtors often feed your desire for your house to get a great price and go to market with a price that is actually too high. This in turns leads to the stress of your house remaining on the market for longer than you had hoped (not to mention the task of keeping it "show" ready at all times while you are still trying to live there) and eventually reducing the price as you get more desperate to sell. I'm happy to report that I had six showing on the first day, one of which resulted in an offer that became a sale. Could not recommend anyone more highly.

Scott was great. He actually listened to what we were looking for and was very knowledgeable of the area . Even after we found our place he called a few weeks later to check up on us. Thanks Scott!
