Look no further as you've found your agent. We first stumbled upon Lisa organically at an open house. Immediately she had a warm and genuine energy. She wasn't our realtor at the time but after having a conversation with her and getting her honest solid advice we knew she was the real deal. We were first time home buyers and she was there to walk us through the whole process. She was informative, kind, and super prompt (she replies with lightning speed). Never did we ever feel pressured to make any fast decision she was always diligent and looking out for our best interest. She even helped us negotiate some fixes to our home after purchase.
Honestly, we cannot say enough good things about Lisa! If you're look for someone who knows the local industry and is a great person overall, Lisa is your women! There is no one who couldve done a better job guiding us on our first home purchase.

Lisa was recommended to us by a friend who used the Lisa Smith Team to sell their home. The glowing recommendation stated that the team would go way beyond what was normally expected and would be actively involved in making sure your house would be at its best come sell time. Upon notifying Lisa that we wanted to sell our home, she made an appointment to come out to the house to personally meet and talk with us, and get a first impression of what she was dealing with. She immediately treated us like a friend and equal partner and that type of relationship was easily maintained throughout the selling process. Lisa and her team were always prompt about returning calls and coming out to our house to help us. She absolutely knew exactly what repairs were needed to make the home ready to sell and what would be a wasted effort in both time and money and should not be done. In the end , we found that she was right on all accounts. Her staging team was prompt, efficient, friendly, and did an excellent job of staging the bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, and bonus room. They used the good qualities of each room and enhanced them to make it even better. Also, it was very easy for us to live in the house and still maintain the image they wanted. When all was said and done, we got the full asking price. If you want an agent and support team that knows how to get the best results possible, then you should call them.

Lisa made buying our first house a breeze! I wasnt sure if it was the right time or if we were ready to buy a house but when we walked into our house we fell in love with it and Lisa made the experience so easy! She walked us through every detail and made all the complicated stuff seem simple. She is so knowledgeable about the industry and was able to refer us to every company we used for everything/anything we needed to do with the house (and everyone was top notch too)! She was always available anytime we called with questions or advice. Even after closed on the house she has checked in to see how things are going and has gone above and beyond to help us. There is no one else I can imagine trusting whole heartedly through this process other than Lisa. Trust me shes the best!
