Eric is wonderful to work with and very attentive to the quality of the equipment. Our Town recently had a small broken section on our climber and Eric fixed the issue in less than 24 hours on a weekend! It was wonderful costumer service and ensured we had a safe and functioning amenity for our community.

Working with Bert was a dream. We have a beautiful playground!! There were many twists and turns in this project, getting Board approval was tough, however Bert hung in there patiently and professionally. BCI Burke playgrounds offered a fantastic package tailor-made for our small communitys needs and Bert Waltons worked with me to choose the best one with the perfect color selection. We obtained three proposals from different companies for this project, none compared to the customer service, personal attention, quality and warranty that Bert provided us. I highly recommend BCI Burke Playground for your community needs, but only if you have Bert Weltons as your representative. We cant recommend this company more, GREAT! Thank you again Bert!!!

We've had a wonderful experience with Eric at All Recreation. Our playground was designed, built, and installed by Eric at All Recreation and since then we've continued to work with him to get additional equipment ordered & installed and all our needs met. We highly recommend them!

All Recreation was very helpful and were able to meet our need for Playground wood carpet. Delivered in the timeline they said they would, and cleaned up all the debris that had been dropped on the parking lot next door. Eric was very responsive to changes I needed to make to the quotes. He was very good at getting back to me very quickly.
