Would highly recommend Jenny and her tan at ACM. The process to close on our loan/house was very easy, especially from afar. Doing this entire process from across the country and doing it all sight unseen was at first very intimidating but Jenny and our realtor made us feel calm and confident every step of the way. Would highly recommend, especially for military members and their families.

Jenny was referred by my realtor and performed nothing less than miracles. I had large gaps in my employment recently due to extenuating family circumstances a few years prior. My loan was complex, to say the least. I had not yet started my new job when I applied and was approved for my loan through Jenny. I shopped around with big and small lenders, FCUs, banks, you name it. I didn't think I could afford a house, much less one in the area and with the acres I wanted, given my circumstances. I originally initially went with another lender, with whom I had worked before and had a great experience, but ultimately ended up coming back to Jenny, who picked up the loan without missing a beat. We hit every obstacle you could imagine every step of the way...both on the loan side and the purchase contract side, and even had surprise bumps after the closing! Jenny was cool under pressure and navigated us to victory! I am truly astonished at her skills! There is NO WAY any other lender, especially from the banks or large lending institutions who observe operating hours religiously, could have pulled this off like Jenny did! She was working weekends and late nights to make this happen in the very short window we had to close. It was never a matter of "if" for Jenny to get the job done, it was always a matter of "how" and "when"!! She never gave up on me and I could not have this amazing fresh start without her help. She really fought for me with the underwriters and powers that be to get us to the finish line. I can't imagine anyone else who would advocate for a stranger like this. We are no longer strangers. I've owned many homes in my life, and Jenny is the first whom I would call a friend after working with her. She is more like family! I can not recommend Jenny enough!!! She is a consummate professional and highly skilled and experienced in her line of work, but she's also a very sincere and authentic person, and just an overall good human being! Always shop around for your mortgage, but I guarantee you that it will just justify even more why you will want to work with Jenny over all the others! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
