For my first purchase a couple of years ago, I went with a Redfin agent. This time around, I decided to do some research on realtors near me, and came across Vie's profile. After some digging, I found out she has helped several of my friends in the area purchase their homes, and they had nothing but glowing reviews about her. I reached out to her to help me find my dream condo. It only took about a month for us to find it! Working with Vie was a whole different playing field. She is personable and very hardworking. I would even say she's got that A type personality, and will go above and beyond to ensure perfection. Vie was always available throughout this process --- answering texts, calls, and last minute showings. She helped me to place an early offer and worked with the seller to convince them to accept our offer before they even had a chance to do their open house. Mind you, our offer was just at asking and wasn't anything crazy. She is connected to a team of AMAZING loan officers, and worked closely with them to ensure I got the best rate to stay below my monthly budget. I felt very catered to and well taken care of by Vie and her network. Every concern I had was addressed and taken care of by Vie. She reached out to whoever she needed to in order to get things done. She also has connections to contractors, and was able to give advice on which renovations I would be able to do and about how much things would cost. That was honestly SO helpful, and you can't get that type of expertise from just anyone. When I was unable to attend my final walkthrough, Vie went in my place and ensured that everything was good to go. As icing on the cake, when it was time for me to move in, I realized I did not have the key to the lock. I called Vie, and she was kind enough to rush over even though she had dinner plans. I am so grateful for all the hard work and energy she put into making this buying experience so seamless and easy for me. She continues to maintain our relationship even after closing, and I feel super safe and well taken care of by Vie and her network. Vie is someone you can depend on and trust because she will get it done. I cannot recommend her enough!! Thank you, Vie!!

A+++++++!!! Excellent realtor for all your needs. Buying, Selling, Renting in Northern Virginia? Go with Vie and you'll receive everything you expect and much more. Everyone knows a realtor or thinks they know the market. Let me tell you that this pandemic market is not like anything you've seen before. You need someone who has bought and sold homes pre-pandemic and during the pandemic. We knewVie would sell our home for top dollar because she's sold numerous homes in our community already. Seeing is believing. Become a believer. If you want what we wanted, which was trustworthiness, great communication, quality service, professionalism and a ratified contract, go with Vie. Vie recently sold our townhouse in Fairfax, VA. From start to finish, she was excellent. She was super detailed, great at communicating with us, and kept cool calm and collected in a stressful situation. She always answered my *many* questions and addressed our concerns with kindness and honesty. We had lots of competition in our neighborhood and two fed rate hikes during the time we were on the market and I was really anxious. Vie stuck with us, advised us on some strategies to get the house sold and it worked! Vie knows the area well, understands what buyers are looking for, and is so easy to work with. Shes not only on point when the market is predicable, she also has the expertise to get the job done when things arent so easy. She got us through a difficult situation and she expertly walked us through it, getting our house sold for a price were happy with. I highly recommend her.
