Kay is truly everything you could ask for in a realtor. She has so many great qualities that make her exactly the person you want to work with while going through such a complicated and stressful process. We were moving from out-of-state, and during a pandemic, and she somehow made the entire process enjoyable and fun! - She knows the NOVA market EXTREMELY well, including the importance and nuances of school-district implications. - She is incredibly responsive and got back to us quickly with detailed answers to our never-ending questions. - She has a wide stable of industry partners that turned out to be just as high-quality to work with as she was, including the title company, lender, inspector, painter, handyman, etc. - She took the time to figure out exactly what we were looking for, and then did non-stop research to find new leads that we may not have considered otherwise. Kay is by far the best person we have ever worked with in the real estate industry. Do yourself a favor and make your life less stressful and more enjoyable by working with her on your next home purchase or sale.

Kay was AMAZING to work with. We had no idea how competitive the market would be when we started looking for our new home. Kay never gave up. She looked at any property we saw and liked and when it came down to putting a contract in she absolutely nailed it. After losing out on a couples homes [who has that much cash laying around to pay in cash?!], she helped us switch up the way we were structuring our offers and we finally landed our dream home. We wouldn't have been able to stay sane throughout this process if it wasn't for Kay. We are so lucky to now only call her our agent, but also a friend!

It was an amazing experience working with Kay to sell our house! We moved out of the area before selling our house, and she went well above and beyond to make the process seamless and effortless for us. She is wonderful to work with, kind, patient, and very knowledgeable of the Loudoun County market. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Virginia area.
