Very disappointing experience here. Going rate for tipping now is 15-20%. The tall lady that massaged me for the first time, she said her name is Lena was friendly in the beginning. After the massage session, I was willing to give her a 20% tip on top of the $70 1-hr massage. Her friendly approach immediately turned sour and nasty when she didn't like how much she was going to get. She demanded a 30% tip! When I said no, I will only give 20% just like how much I gave to the other lady she became rude and told me not to request her again next time. Told her I never requested her in the first place, it was just unfortunate that the lady I regularly go to is no longer there. She wasn't even good to begin with! Shame on this greedy lady, taking advantage of people's money!!! The owner better let go of this employee or her business will go down!!! The experience here was very disappointing. Told her I never asked her in the first place and unfortunately the lady I used to go to was no longer around. She was never a good person! Shame on this greedy woman for taking advantage of people's money! The boss better fire this employee or her business will go out of business!

Ive been here quite a few times so heres what you can expect start to finish. There is a language barrier. They dont really know English that well. Appointments are very loose. Everything is done via phone call. You call and see if they have availability. From what Ive seen they only have 2 people there at a time so dont expect to go with more than 2 people. Massages use to be $1/min but I guess they raised it about 10%. For 90 minutes it went up from $90 to $100. Still not too bad. Theyll typically be very good about going for the entire time you pay. I always decline the extras (different oil or hot stone). Sometimes if they feel like it, theyll just do the hot stone or a hot pack for free. Remember when I said theres only 2 people there at a time? Yeah that means no receptionist. You know what happens when someone calls or walks in? One of them is gonna go out to answer the phone or greet a walk in. This has happened to me so many times over the past 2 years. And no they dont make up for that loss time by giving you more time. This part is what gets me. The tip is almost mandatory it seems. One time for the heck of it I tipped her $10 just to see her reaction. They were very adamant about you paying $20. I think for 60min you can expect to pay $10, but if you get the 90min theyll make you pay $20. Theyll literally tell you you pay $20. Today I went and the lady asked for $30 when I already gave her $20. I was so confused. After today I dont think Ill go to this place again. Ive been coming here for about 2 years now but after she asked for more tip on top of what I already gave her. That irritated me.
