We have used Envois phone system in our multiple offices since 2012 and have been very happy with the service. We can easily log in and switch operators to answer our different offices or have the calls come to our cell phones. They also provided a 3 digit cloud extension for all our agents so we can easily transfer the calls to them. Their service offers a lot of options and they have great customer service. We can them reach anytime and they take care of our needs right away. Would strongly recommend their service!

Absolutely brilliant company; highly recommended. From what they offer service wise, to their excellent staff I have nothing but the utmost respect for Envoi. Service wise reliability is excellent, audio fidelity is better than 95% of VOIP phone providers, plus if you have any issues they will assist you professionally until your issue is resolved. Consistently exceeded my expectations, and this is coming from a firm with 5000+ employees, in 17 states, we are completely satisfied with Envoi and have moved all of our office phones to their service. Speaking of service, their staff are always professional, quick to answer questions, friendly/courteous, and to their credit all of our issues have been handled in a single call or email, and quickly. Service outages have been nearly non existent, unlike with our former telco provider, which is a real plus as we as a business depend heavily on reliable phones. If you're looking for a world class VOIP provider look no further, simply put you won't find better. Thank you Envoi.

As we were moving our offices, we reached out to Envoi Networks to quote us on the network cabling and a new VOIP phone system. They came out and gave us a quote for the cabling and the phone system which was very competitive. Once we decided to go with them, they met with us a few times to make sure the cabling would be exactly to our plans. They suggested conduits for our conference room table and our modular furniture wiring which made it very clean. Envoi also installed our wall monitor and our warehouse paging system that is connected to our phone system. Envoi did an exceptional job from start to finish. From sales, to customer service, to install. Their phone system is very reliable and user friendly. We highly recommend them!
