        I am a Sprint/T-Mobile customer since 2012. I came to this store to return a phone. Without even checking my details in the system a guy named Chris was very rude unprofessional raised voice and refused to take care my issue. This store always have issues with salespeople or the branch manager. I called T-Mobile customer service and complain about my experience. This is unexpected from a service provider whom I am paying for my service since 12 years. This store needs to be trained coached or even close this outlet. Thank you.

        Jackie helped us upgrade our daughter's phone and fix our apple and Hulu apps that we've been missing out on for 8 months. She was nice, knowledgeable, and quick. We really appreciate all she did to help us.

        I was treated very well by Jackie. She assisted me with getting a new IPhone and helped me out a lot with switching things over and the whole experience was very pleasant. I will use this location when I need anything and everything from now on.
