Bought a computer from this establishment, arrived with glitches out of the box, to name one, the bottom corners were fading on the display. After a few months of using this for my school work, the computer started turning off after a few minutes of being on, practically unusable. I did reach out to them, and although they tried to help, they tried charging me $175 for the repair on something that has been giving issues from the beginning. I would be wary buying from here.

Great experience working with Olive Computers. Bought a refurb Dell Lattitude through Amazon for a fair price, had issues with the battery but Stefan in customer service was very helpful and provided an alternative Dell Laptop which works just as it should. Will certainly recommend Olive and use then again in the future should the need arise.

Olive Computers is the place to go to buy a computers. Nobody paid me a dime to say this. The customer Service & Tech Support is hands down, the best I've ever dealt with. 10 stars can't say enough good things about this company.

Olives refurbished laptop was fully functional and spanking clean, but could not communicate to my printer. Olive was closed over the New Year holiday, but I needed the computer asap and called Olive. Amazingly a technician responded, spent hours on the issue and cleverly solved it. The issue resided with an outside software provider. There was no charge. Instead I got a simple "thanks for your business". This will be an easy favor to return!

Great people great service. You can tell these guys really take pride in what they do. Just bought a laptop in pristine condition. will definitely come back soon!
