STAY AWAY from this CPA, I got audited and paid almost $17000.00 because of this CPA negligence. I had to put one star to post this review otherwise they deserve 0 star.

I got into an annoying situation using Turbo Tax that I didn't know how to fix. Vikas and team worked with me and sent documents to the IRS on my behalf, and the situation was quickly resolved. Professional and quick to return my emails/calls, I'm now using them to file my taxes from here on out.

I had the worst experience with the VG CPA tax service I used. Not only did they not file my taxes on time, but they also failed to communicate with me about the delay until after the deadline had passed. As a result, I now have to pay interest on my dues, which is an added financial burden that I was not expecting. When asked about the delay, Vikas refused to accept his team mistakes and then gave me false promise of refunding the money which never happened. Overall, I was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication from this CPA tax service. I would not recommend them to anyone and would strongly advise against using their services. In the future, I will be more careful about choosing a reliable and trustworthy tax service that I can rely on to file my taxes accurately and on time.

This is the most ridiculous business ever! I called them to ask my 2020 tax return as I couldnt find it in my email. I only found a password protected letter saying this is $xxx amount you would receive and yada yada. I called to simply ask to resend the email/document with the actual tax return. The owner simply rejected my request, he was simply rude and saying its my mistake and they wont send it until the 19th(after tax season), this is simply a way to block me from going to another cpa for filing tax. He was not even willing to help a client whom he got paid from for the last 3 years! Now dont put a comment saying i am not in your database like any other bad business. I would suggest folks to think before doing business with these guys as they dont respect customers decision to go away from them. Also fyi, I gave you referrals in all these 3 years, you dont even consider that while talking to customers. ( by the way, i got the document from IRS site directly, which i got to know after some own research, you didnt even point me in that direction being a subject matter expert) Reply to the businesss reply: That is exactly what i asked on the call, I couldnt access the documents/cant see them anywhere, hence, requested a copy. I was told i wouldnt be helped until the 19th (18th is the tax day). I wasnt told its because i need to verify my identity to you, i was told by the man on the phone in a rude way that he simply wont send it until 19th. I could have verified my identity immediately if i was told so.
