Phones work fine and everything. No complaints on that end. The staff had some poor customer service skills though. They were pretty rude to us and other customers in the store while we waited. Felt unwelcome and uncomfortable especially considering how much money we were spending.

This location, the phone is NEVER answered. Website does not clearly state the hours of operation (only says 10-8 but is it everyday? M-F? Is it open on weekends? If so, what hours? Frustrating!!

Highly recommend One Loudoun store. Don't use the Ashburn Road TMobile. I believe the staff member's name at One Loudoun was Akeed, whom was very knowledgeable and helpful. On the same day, before I went to the One Loudoun store, I went to the Ashburn Rd store.
At the Ashburn Rd store there were two new staff on the sales floor. I spent one hour working with them to upgrade my phone. After one hour, they had used my valuable time and they had talked to the national customer service center and called their manager, whom wouldn't help them much because it was the weekend. They finally told me they couldn't figure out how to do the upgrade with the discount for my phone exchange. They said the manager would be in the next day and to come back then. They also installed a new sim card and said it would be connected to the network in 15 to 20 minutes. That was a complete lie and showed their inexperience based on my experience an hour later at another store. Management needs to do a far better job training their employees. Don't use the Ashburn Rd store.
After the bad experience at Ashburn Rd, I went to the One Loudoun store right afterwards. The staff member, Akeed, at One Loudoun was extremely knowledgeable and got the upgrade process started immediately with no issues. The sim card that was installed at the Ashburn Rd shop still wasn't on the TMobile network after 45 minutes. The One Loudoun shop replaced the sim card and knew what they were doing. The network connection worked immediately. This was proof that the Ashburn Rd staff were lieing about the network connection length of time for service and that they were inexperienced and not trained well. Highly recommend One Loudoun store. Don't use the Ashburn Road TMobile.
