Jasmin dedicated thirty minutes, ensuring she captured the perfect shots, despite the difficulties posed by our daughter's constant movements. It was not just about taking photographs; it was about creating a comfortable environment for our daughter, allowing her to be herself while still obtaining the necessary photos for a U.S. passport. What truly stood out was Jasmin's post-shoot work. She meticulously edited the few viable shots we had, elevating them to the stringent standards required for passport photos. I like the idea of buying from an independent camera shop rather than online. Ace has been helpful in the past. But I just bought a new lens and realized I put it on a wrong credit card. I called and asked if I could put it on a different credit card and they said no. That's kind of a bummer. I guess if I really wanted to be a jerk, I would return the lens and then buy it someplace else. But I won't do that. Edited: a friend agreed that 3 stars was a bit harsh, so I upped it to 4 stars. Still disappointed the shop wouldn't let me change the credit card. I get the reasoning, of course, and using the wrong card was totally my fault. But I am likely to take future business elsewhere (and also be more careful about which card I'm using when making large purchaes).
