Zaaka definitely was able to take my vision and style of how I envisioned my wedding and turn it into the perfect wedding dress for me. She has a wide variety and makes sure you chose styles best for your shape. I loved how energetic many of that staff members were who made fittings very exciting.
Something that made Zaaka a poor experience for myself was the fact that my wedding gown did not fit me on my wedding day. I am confident I maintained the same physique as I was weighing myself daily. I went in countless times for alterations and towards the end they were drastically changing in size. I loved how the dress fit before hand lifting me up but unfortunately at my wedding there was gaps between my chest and I felt I had to be careful how I moved or posed for photos.
This was also the experience for my mother who got a MOB dress from there. When she tried it on she absolutely loved it, however the way the alterations were done it did not fit her body properly. This was disheartening for her as she wanted to feel confident and beautiful at her only daughters wedding.
Again, this isnt about the gown selection or the quality, but mostly the alteratIon part. Especially for how expensive the gowns and alterations are.
