About 70% of the time the haircut is great but the rest of the time I get a real hack job. Wish it was consistent.

Absolutely APPALLED at the level of service I received at this barbershop today! I usually dont leave reviews and seldom complain about things but after having a tip demanded of me and literally being embarrassed in-front of other customers I feel that Its necessary. I went in and asked Rachel for a Skin Fade. She asked me whether I wanted a medium fade, I replied no and specifically stated that I wanted a LOW skin fade. I didnt manage to finish explaining what I wanted and she had already began cutting. VERY RUSHED! I wasnt happy about that yet didnt say anything. Despite explaining to Rachel what I wanted and even showing her a picture twice she ended up giving me a HIGH Fade. I was so disappointed but knew nothing could be done at that point so I kept quiet and didnt say anything. Next Rachel used a razor on me and this is where I wish I had said something, yet I kept quiet. The razor was picked up from the counter and used on me! She didnt change the blade and it wasnt even being kept submerged in the disinfectant. It was taken from the counter and used. I find that extremely unhygienic!!! I dont even know how many people it was used on prior to being used on me. Yet I kept quiet and didnt say anything. When it came to paying I could very easily have and maybe should have told Rachel everything that was wrong with the service and why I wasnt giving her a tip yet I kept quiet because I didnt want to embarrass her in-front of her other customers. Rachel felt fine embarrassing me though! She demanded that I pay a tip telling me that when you go to a restaurant you pay 20% so I should do the same here. I reluctantly ended up giving a $5 tip and leaving the shop so unhappy with the service and myself. Ill never in my life return to this shop and urge you to only go here if you want a cheap quick no frills experience.
