The Difference Baker

Incredibly delicious gluten free baked goods, breakfast & lunch sandwiches, and more. We got donut holes made hot for us that were to die for and a brown sugar pop tart and sandwiches to go that were delicious. Will go back next time Im in town !

They do not fall into the classic "add lots of sugar" that some GF bakeries do. The pastries were fine and there is lots of love and care that appear to go into the food. Staff was excellent.

When we first got there, I said , This is our first time and were excited! Staff was very nice. Ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches and a few pastries, tipped $10, waited over 30 minutes. Got home, found out they didnt put the vegan bacon on. Drove back - they said sorry, we forgot to tell you we were out. They offered to refund the sandwiches then recharge me for the sandwiches without bacon. I asked for the full refund insteadI would rather not have the sandwiches and tip as I spent over an hour driving back and forth for bad service. I had to go back in, again, to get the $10 tip refunded. Edit - no, the food wasn't impressive or enough to make up for the above.
