    I lived here from 2022-2023 Pros: elevator, decent appliancescould be great if they make improvements. There are restaurants downstairs and many events that occur in that area. There was a nice farmers market that would be there weekly during a portion of the year. The main building has an indoor basketball court and a very nice gym etc. It looks beautiful. Overall, it is in a very nice area. Cons: roach infestationIm not sure if its due to the building being connected to restaurants, but even if your unit is not fully infested, you will see roaches. That is disappointing due to how high the rent was at the time. You might have better luck moving into BLVD East or the Flats rather than the Commons. Fire alarm is broken. It would go off at random times, which disrupted my work and scared my children. Safety concerns. The commons buildings are easily assessable. I did not see anyone homeless in the building, but I did hear neighbors complaining about it. The BLVD East and Flats seem to have a better lock/security system. Odor: the trash room has a strong odor that leaks into the elevator of building D. I would simply press a button on that elevator and send it away just so that I didnt have to ride the elevator with the strong odor. Overall: My biggest issue were the roaches. Everything else was not too bad. That was my first time living in a building that had roaches so mentally that was a bit taxing. Also to get your apartment treated means that you will be constantly having to fully empty your cabinets, drawers and counters in both the kitchen and bathrooms so that they can put the solution down. Very time consuming and frustrating when you simply see roaches again. Hopefully theyre able to resolve that issue. If there were no roaches, I would give this complex 4/5 stars.

    My tenure at BLVD at Loudoun Station was marred by a series of disappointing experiences that reflect poorly on their commitment to tenant satisfaction and property maintenance. Despite numerous complaints, support for maintenance issues was consistently lacking, leaving much to be desired in terms of service quality and responsiveness. The living environment was further compromised by continuous noise disturbances from neighbors and businesses below, which were not adequately addressed despite repeated complaints. This disregard for tenant comfort and peace is unacceptable. Additionally, the financial policies in place felt excessively punitive. From charging for minor conveniences to the exorbitant fees imposed for carpet cleaning and replacement - the latter for two small spots deemed uncleanable - its clear that financial considerations are prioritized over fairness or tenant welfare. Parking was another significant issue, with availability so limited as to be virtually non-existent, adding daily inconvenience to the litany of grievances. In conclusion, my experience at BLVD at Loudoun Station was a nightmare and I genuinely warn any future tenants from even considering this place. Go across the street to Atley on the Greenway. Stayed here previously and which none are perfect you dont have to worry about a horrible tenant experience and them robbing you blind when you leave.
