        Ever since new management took over and renovated its been a nightmare. Water leaking lots of noise nails coming out of running boards. Would not recommend. Their main concern renovations so they can raise the rent. They start knocking at 8 Am. Very uncomfortable to live here now. Pet owners dont pick up after their pets. Thin walls and ceilings.update so the new lease was raised by a whooping $600 increase. Making monthly rent $2980. Yup thats right and leasing office talking about it is still $1000 below market price. Thats is insane pricing

        DONT COME TO THIS PLACE IF YOU GONNA STAY MORE THAN 12 MONTHS. Im living here since 2017 when was THE POINT AT ASHBURN was the best community WAS great stuff MUNA,SULTAN,RANDA I renewed my lease many times with them was my rent increase 80$ 100$ Last year in April was my renewal month I surprised they (TGM MOORFIELD)increased my rent from 1860$ to 2200$ I renewed because i was so busy so i cant move and this month I received my new lease saying my rent will be 2738$ +parking +trash .. They upgrade the apartment with bad materials bad finishes so for me is not worth it that why we decided to move If we stay our rent by next year is gonna be 4000 lol is really crazy im so unhappy with them i hope i can move noooow please dont come dont plan to call this place a home because after one year you gonna surprise the increase of rent.. I MISS THE POINT AT ASHBURN
