We had a lovely dinner date tonight. We made a reservation at 6:30 for 7:45 and were seated at 8:20. Alex provided exceptional service. He kept our drinks filled and checked in just enough to where we were never looking for him nor felt like he was stopping by too often. The tortilla soup was my favorite dish of the night. We already picked out a few things we want to try on another visit. Although we were seated in the middle of the packed restaurant, the noise level was never unbearable, and we didnt have to talk too loud to have a conversation.

So I usually always go to the Coopers Hawk with family, and friends for any and all occasions. Love the food, and atmosphere. On the 18th of April around 12:45pm I went to pick up the order I placed online. It was empty I was kind of in a rush to get back to work. There were 2 employees talking in the waiting to be seated area. They saw me, no acknowledgment at all. I saw my order on the shelf. I asked both if I could get my order since it was already paid for. One told me that the attendant helping the woman in front of me at the sweets counter would help me. There was 1 woman in front of me buying wine, with the attendant by the sweets. The other 2 employees were free. Another employee came to front, I believe his name was Kane, without hesitation he gave me my online order. I thanked him and left. Just a reminder customer service is always great. Its appreciated to be acknowledged when walking into an establishment. Little things count. Thank you Kane.
