They had my taxes since February and has not even called me yet. Bad service

Very rude and unprofessional. I had made several phone calls to follow up with the tax return with no appropriate responses. This is the first time in several years, I missed my deadline to pay taxes and on top of it have to pay the fine for late filing. This company cannot get anything done.

Absolutely ridiculous. Drove 40 minutes out under the impression that they would mail out my tax returns for me, and even confirmed with them twice. I get there and they act like they dont know what Im talking about. Not a huge deal, but the place is completely unprofessional.

I highly doubt how are they even running the office. Went there to file my taxes and their staff couldn't even do it in a proper way. She keeps checking with someone on how to fill certain fields in the form. Later realized I could have done it myself through turbotax!!

I seriously doubt Balagan inc's ability to complete my taxes in a professional manner. His staff is inexperienced and made a large mistake in the filing of my rather simple W2. His employees filled out the wrong form and sent the IRS wrong information. When we approached them about the mistake in filing they had the audacity to downplay a situation AND even proceeded to tell me that I was making a mountain out of a the mole hill. They made an error regarding a rather large sum of money and then told me not to worry about it. These are simply mistakes that his employees have made. Balagan himself is simply a JOKE!! When we went to discuss the error with him personally he had the audacity to tell us that he never wanted to see us in his office again. He was mad we were asking questions. We paid him alot of money, it's his job to answer ANY and EVERY question I have in regards to MY taxes. He also told his own workers, IN FRONT OF ME, that they should never admit to their mistakes. he said that they should just focus on getting a signature from us, so that they could fix their mistake without us knowing that they made an error. Are you kidding me??? He lied to my face, claiming that my employer had made the error, and because he is a CPA I actually believed him and went to my employers billing dept to take it up with them. Little did I know they had NOT made the error. It rested soley on Balagan inc. I suggest you get your taxes done literally ANYWHERE ELSE. Would give it 0 stars if I could.
