Urgent Animal Care of Arlington

Took my 19 year old dachshund, Willy, here last Saturday. Can't say enough good things about Dr. Jennifer O'Keefe. She took good care of Willy and had a long talk with us about Willy's health. She is competent, thorough, and generous with her time. She is very knowlegeable and thoughtful. I would recommend Urgent Care of Arlington wholeheartedly.

This team was both incredibly competent and kind when I had to drive through a January snow storm to have a vet look at my kitten's swollen eyelid. The wait was minimal and every member of the team took time to explain their process and/or findings with me. My kitten was not stressed at all once we arrived; in fact, they had trouble getting her proper heartrate because she was purring so loudly.

Im so glad this urgent care exists. My dog injured his dewclaw again. In the past, I took him to the emergency which was so stressful due to the long wait. Urgent care was able to see my dog this morning (no wait) and they were so kind. I scheduled online and arrived early. Dr. OKeefe treated my dog; Lexi in the front desk and Maria were super helpful and caring as well. I also appreciate that Dr. OKeefe was very honest and upfront with the fees before the treatment and told me exactly how much I would owe. I highly recommend this urgent care. I was told that they were new to the area (less than a year old) and I hope they stay here forever.

This urgent care is incredible! My puppy ate something that he shouldnt on a Sunday afternoon. I was so grateful to have this urgent care open and ready to help. The staff and emergency vet were so kind, responsive, and provided excellent and professional care to my puppy. I highly recommend this practice!
