What a hidden gem! Been living in Pentagon City for 8 months, but it took me a while to find this amazing Salon that is just right next door. I had my hair cut with Elie. He asks you detailed questions on what you want for your haircut and confirms to make sure hes understanding you correctly without assuming anything. Hes efficient (but does NOT rush), professional, and has amazing personality. Like many people, Ive had horrible experiences with hair stylists. Therefore, I am so glad to find a new hair stylist that I trust in a new area. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful; the atmosphere is calming and beautiful; pricing is fair for the area! Excited for my next return to Privai and working with Elie again!

Omg so happy I found Mona. I lost contact with her after salon ceilo closed. No one does my brows like Mona. She also does my facials which have improved my skin. I will never lose contact with her again. Privai Spa is warm and upscale.
