Avoid this POS for your restaurant if you want 80%-100% of your customers transactions to go through, because those transactions may or may not happen. Haven't been able to put an order in through my phone since Tuesday, it's now Sunday and they have yet to get back to me with a proper answer. They've given me "clear your cookies" and "it's because you have a manager coded phone". My customers aren't going to troubleshoot their phone at a restaurant because they can't get food. They're going to another place down the street where they don't have to deal with a faulty ordering system. This is why you don't release a program into the world in beta-testing phase.

I love the ease of use. All of the servers that I talk to like it as well. Very convenient. No need to flag down a server. Click - Pay - Receive. It's that easy

GoTab has been an awesome POS choice for us. We evaluated many options - even signed up and started using Toast. This is by far the most customer intuitive, easy platform we found. They also listen to their operators. Very forward thinking company always coming out with the latest and greatest POS related items to make my life as an operator and the customers life as easy and intuitive as possible. We are an entertainment facility with bowling, self-serve beer wall, full menu etc. They have been AWESOME.

This is the absolute least user friendly point of sale system I have used in a twenty year career. Terrible interface, non-intuitive, and extremely frustrating. Do your staff, and yourself, a favor and use Toast or SpotOn.

Have been using this system to run our business for the last 6 months. We operate multiple concepts on multiple floors with 2 kitchens, 3 bars and a streatery. Gotab handles this complexity with aplomb. The support team are excellent, reactive and helpful. New and useful improvements keep coming. The product is feature rich, with built in online ordering, self service ordering at your table, along with server ordering, kds is great too.
