        The salesman with glasses and long hair is extremely lazy. I went there to buy several pairs of shoes. I asked him to look for 3 different shoes. He went to the back and he came back in 10 seconds and told me that they did not have any of the shoes. He did not offer to order them for me like the other sales associates have done at other Johnston and Murphy stores. He is a terrible salesman. Johnston and Murphy needs to hire people who like to work.

        Great experience with Anqalee & Micah. A different J&M store out of state made an error but the team here worked with me to fix the problem. I was impressed with how frictionless the experience was and how they handled the refund. Huge thanks to them.
