Kelmonnie was so helpful and patient. Ive never had a shoe fitting and didnt really know what I was looking for, and she answered all my questions and gave amazing information. Her help was really appreciated!

Earlier in the day I called and spoke to Jacob. He was very friendly and helpful so I decided to pay a visit to the store. When I walked in the store I was greeted immediately by Travis. He was friendly, polite, and was knowledgeable about the best shoe fit for my foot....he had a great sense of humor while fitting me! I will be back.

Outstanding customer service from Jacob and the lady working the cashier desk. I was very intimidated at first waking into the store because Im not a runner but needed some good shoes for my trail waking, Jacob was very patient and made me feel very comfortable and listened to all my needs and helped me to find the perfect type shoes. Cant wait to hit the trail with my new shoes! Thank you for the great customer service.

Jacob did a great job with the stride analysis and recommending shoes for me. Even though they didnt carry my shoe size in many styles, I was still able to find a shoe that I liked and worked for me.
