Hired to stop rainwater from skidding off of roof. Assured me that they would fix problem without difficulty. Performed the work, but the problem persisted. After numerous unanswered calls to return, they wanted significant additional money to fix the problem including labor. No recognition that they failed the first time. The manager remarked that I got all that I bargained for. Unprofessional all the way. Service: Gutter repairs

Had a great experience with these roofers. I had a smallish leak in the (pretty new) roof, and they took the time to have two people come out to identify the problem, and they identified it well even though it was a weird issue (a small piece of misinstallation from the original roof causing a slow leak). They were up front on price, did not upsell, and gave me a clear work schedule and checked in every Friday on the work schedule coming up. Needed no hand holding when the work took place, and did a good job. Would recommend!

I needed new coping on my parapet. The owner himself came out to do the estimate, and offered to add on other projects. For the same price as another company to do just the coping, they were able to do that and also to redo the flashing around my chimney. They were also very responsive to a follow-up concern I had.

No complaints at all with these guys. I needed a new roof. They gave me a new roof. Great work.
