They'll come to your house, talk to you about what needs to be done, what might need to be done, show pictures and even record videos, speaks clearly, and repeats points several times for you to fully understand the situation. Dude showed up to our house the day before thanksgiving just to check with us one last time before starting, then a couple of weeks later a truck came to put materials on our roof, then another day they finished replacing all of the singles on our roof within a day. Simply amazing.
