Our house renovation went very smoothly, thanks to TriVistaUSA! The process was very clear throughout. Everyone we worked with was easy to communicate with, friendly, and honest. Jimmy, our project manager, was especially helpful and knowledgeable. We highly recommend working with TriVista.

TriVista was fantastic to work with as we demolished our 3rd floor (former attic, first bumped out in 1946) of our 1920 home and remodeled the space to match our current lifestyle. TriVista served as our architect and builder and construction manager and everything else in between, and just was perfect. Our architect really listened to what we said and meant, in developing plans - and we were provided three options, to take specific space use needs and flexibility requirements from conversation to plans. Our designer likewise was very responsive, and provided us design element choices (vanity that looks more like furniture, fixtures, tiles, knobs) that were right in tune with the big picture we were going with. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were unparalleled for every workman (and woman), and trades specialist and contractor, from heating, air conditioning, floors, painting. We had a lot of carpentry work to match the trim and details on the 1st and 2nd floor, and all done extremely well. But the difference maker, the real reason we are ending our remodeling feeling completely satisfied, is the amazing SERVICE we were provided from day one (special attention to how we live in our house in order to best make the architecture plans) throughout the weekly construction checkins (special attention to each and every question we had) and to managing every aspect of the construction by our truly unbelievable project manager (special kudos are due to Boyd Baggarly, because we doubt there could be a better project manager any where). And, everything was finished on time, which means early! (We were told it would take 12 weeks to complete all phases of the construction, and that therefore it was a 12-16 week construction timeline, and the project was done at the 12-week mark, such that the street sign permits for the dumpster (and the dumpster) were removed three weeks early.) We are so excited about our new space, that includes an art studio in a flex space for my husband, a bunk room for our grandkids, two window seats, great closet space, among other features. Great experience!

TriVista team was great! They did a great job from design to build. There's always communication, update on status, and question/response in a very timely manner. Carlos provided a great design. The subcontractors for each aspect of the work were great as well. Al, the electrician, my favorite :) We were on time and on budget, how often can you say that for a renovation!

Our bathroom remodel is done! We started with the bathroom circa 1970s that we had when moved in and now have a beautiful open, peaceful space with great lighting and storage. Thank you TriVista for your continued excellent service. This is our third project with them. I think we are done with home design and remodeling but if anything comes up, we will work with this talented company again in a heartbeat. Great thanks to Steve and Bethany to help us get going; Alexs wonderful design and Kellys great project management! There were many others who executed the construction, the trade teams and more behind the scenes also excellent. If you are looking for a team with great design talent, great organizational, communication skills please work with TriVista. They truly embody the best design build firm in Arlington.
