Read the reviews BEFORE you make a decision to do business with Paradigm and/or one of their properties, not after (like I did). I havent been able to reach a soul at Paradigm Management. The leasing agent blames the property manager.. the property manager blames corporate and NOBODY takes accountability for the mental and financial damages caused. Nice properties but RUN, DONT WALK, AWAY! I wouldnt wish this experience on anyone.

This is one of the worst apartment management companies. Our building has been under construction for 1+ years. They have really messed up the construction and they are in no hurry to speed up and reduce residents pain. Fitness Center - After construction - Total workout space is reduced by 20% to add utility closet spaces - Free weights area is reduced from 20 feet to 9 feet wide. Unusable space - The main objective was to make Gym less functional with useless decorations

Do not rent here, if you have an ESA. They do not accept ESA certification & ESA letter from doctor. And they keep pushing you to get a $500 pet deposit and $50 per fee per month.

They don't care about the tenants, It is all about the bottom line!!! Also, there are endless maintenance issues.

I have had a very poor experience living in an apartment building managed by Paradigm Companies. Paradigm values profit over people. I have spoken to the apartments leasing manager and Paradigm senior management officials regarding the long list of issues our apartment building is facing, but they would not take any responsibility for the issues and how the issues impact residents daily lives. The Paradigm senior management official I spoke to over the phone talked in circles, kept interrupting me, and downplayed the seriousness of the building's issues. I told the Paradigm management official about a serious fire hazard that occurred to me that day, getting stuck in an exit hallway because the door to the street was jammed shut during a fire alarm. The Paradigm senior management official disregarded my experience. I followed up with an email about the experience, and did not receive a response back. The apartment I live in has had 19 water outages since January 2022, continuous elevator outages restricting access to and from apartments, loud disruptive construction noise during the workday, frequent fire alarms due to construction dust, limited access to the lobby, and reduced package pick up times. Paradigm continues to raise residents rent upwards of 10-15%, while offering concessions to incoming residents. There is no loyalty to current residents who have been living in a construction zone since October 2022.
