Isaiah managed 3 women with 3 different opinions all the way through our home buying experience and he exceeded our expectations more times than we can count. A couple examples are he never said anything negative about other agents we contacted during showing even though 2-3 of them were very rude. Isaiah also set his entire day aside due to some delays from our lender. So much so that the closing didnt happen until 10 hours later. I pray thats not normal for him. It was a lot to ask but he never complained. Finally, not only is he top notch but the folks he partners with also are like our Inspector. Truly, all the way around an outstanding agent that we cant wait to tell others about. He was honored to be in the 40 under 40 for a reason!

Mr. Isaiah Floyd was totally professional in all his dealings with me and my daughters during our many searches for our new home. He remained confident, caring, and always had the answer to our questions ever if we asked the same question more than once. He reassured us often, that we would find our new home in the short amount of time we had to find it. He was correct. He helped us find our new home and we are extremely pleaded!
