She helped list our home while we lived long distance, and made the process completely seamless. Our home sold in a matter of days with a great offer (over ask!). The staging is next level too! Renata is the best realtor we have ever worked with. She is professional, passionate, dedicated, strategic, and highly communicative. Renata goes above and beyond to make things happen for her clients. We have worked with Renata 3 times in the last 7 years. 2016 she was the seller agent for our first home in Arlington. She and her designer did a great job getting the property ready for listing and did a wonderful job staging it at the time. She and our realtor worked diligently to work out a deal for the best interest of both parties. In 2018 when it was time for us to size up, coincidentally we fell in love with yet another property listed by Renata. This time around it was an escalation situation. Renata was again very efficient and professional. She got the best offer for her client and ensured that we were always kept informed with each step of the process. In 2023 when we decided to sell one of our properties we didnt hesitate for a second and asked Renata to be our agent. She met with us for about an hour, went through whats included in her services and what her strategy was for listing. Before the listing was active, she even helped purchase fixtures, meet with contractors for getting quotations, etc. when we werent already available to be at the property. Renata and her designer gave us advice on how to maximize the impact of some updates. Those advice and work (relatively minor work) created a dramatic transformation of our property. With Renatas hard work, we had open houses and she was able to get us multiple offers that we thought were exactly what our expectation was. Thus, having worked with Renata from different sides of the deal for the last 7 years, her passion in providing the highest level of service to her clients has stayed consistent. Also knowing how hard she works, often getting her hands dirty (literally, when she cleaned out our backyard), we have recommended her to all our friends and family. Renata is the BEST and we love working with her. she makes the process so easy for you that you can be completely hands off while achieving the best results.

Renata was absolutely wonderful in selling my father's N. Arlington home and helping us buy a new condo for him in Alexandria. I first reached out to Renata because my father wasn't sure if he wanted to sell the house on the open market or to a developer. She helped us understand the pros and cons and get a realistic picture of what work was needed to get a good price. She was incredibly patient with my father, who was quite anxious about the whole process. She brought in handymen, painters, and stagers, getting the place ready in record time. We received 2 offers over asking almost immediately. She also helped us to buy a condo in Alexandria. While an easier process, she asked all of the questions we wouldn't have thought to ask, brought in an outside inspector, and helped to ensure that everything was ready for my father to move in. It made a very stressful time much easier. I will be eternally grateful to her.

Renata is an excellent agent who did an outstanding job helping us with the sale of our townhouse in Arlington. She is very knowledgeable of the market and based on her expertise, we were able price competitively which in turn helped sell the house quickly. She was actively involved at all stages, including supporting the preparation of the house for sale, recommending skilled professionals to help with painting, cleaning, etc. and provided complementary staging and pictures. She was communicative, clear, and very responsive throughout the selling process, and provided excellent guidance for any and all questions we had.
