Working with Jocelyn Vas to find a home was a pleasure for my fiancé and I. She was timely and kept us updated through the turbulent home buying process. She took us us out to homes several times and advised us in a professional manner. There were several times when she had to negotiate for us and we could really tell she had our best interest at heart. She also has several connections which made the process (home inspection, title company, etc) to much smoother. She's great at her job! Would highly recommend.

This is my third year as a tenant and dealing with Marga. She has always been a pleasant and considerate landlord. Any requests regarding household maintenance and such have always been resolved in a timely manner. We have never felt that we couldn't communicate any issues or concerns with her and she has always been extremely responsive.

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about our first time home buying experience, and it was all thanks to our realtor, Jocelyn Vas.  We met with Jocelyn a full year before we were ready to buy, and never once did she push us to buy before we were ready.  When we were finally ready to pull the trigger, Jocelyn walked us through the process and set us up with a few recommendations for mortgage lenders. She then set up 14 home tours in ONE DAY! I can't even imagine the coordination that took (and we didn't end up needing any more than that day).  We ended up falling in love with the first home we looked at.  That is when Jocelyn's work really began as the negotiations were tough.  She kept us informed throughout the entire process and not once were we left in the dark.  After the home inspection didn't go as we'd hoped, she continued to negotiate and got us a great deal on our home.  Even after buying, Jocelyn continues to be a great source for us because she has so many contacts in the area.  We will definitely be using Jocelyn again when we decided to buy again.
