Terrible experience the doctor who prescribes psychiatric meds is extremely rude and unprofessional. She treats new patients as if they are all criminals who are doing something wrong. Since the moment I stepped foot in her office she was rude, cold, and condescending to me and spoke to me as if I had done something wrong. Mind you it was my second day ever going there. Her name is Alexandra Partridge and she is singlehandedly the reason why I will be finding a new clinic to get my meds from. Good luck to whoever else has to deal with this woman

A practice that is supposed to cater to "behavioral health," I mean that's in the name--is an epic fail. The practitioners, A Partridge, Nurse Practitioner, (not even a Dr)specifically need to figure out if the population of people who are addicted and recovery is one that she wants to serve. No, you may not judge people, and no, you may not disrespect patients. They go to you for help, and you treat them as if they are less than?? How is this acceptable? The fact that this has been going on for years is unacceptable. I will file complaints with my insurance and with the Virginia medical board as well. The head or manager of this practice is complicit in allowing this to continue. This is not a "free" practice or a medicaid clinic, but in fact, (even if it were, you have no right to talk to patients like this) this is paid through my private insurance. Partridge is making a lot of money to NOT do her job and disrespect people. Last time I checked in the patients bill of rights, patients had the right to be "treated with respect and dignity." Please, if you need a caring and empathetic provider, then AVOID this practice at all costs.

Finally got up the energy to seek help and felt completely invalidated by them. No ones mental health is invalid, please know that if you too feel this way, your feelings are valid and you deserve care from people who understand.
