First time we are renting the house trough the management company. Its so easy and stress free. So far were so happy with this deal. Everything is taking care of. Rimoun as a property manager is very professional, kind and helpful. He always understands our needs and quickly takes care of any issues. We had an emergency call on the holiday weekend, he responded fast and leaving all his plans behind he came himself and called for the plumber to solve our problem. We are very grateful for his support and care. He treated us as a family. Great job Rimoun. We wish you professional growth and success!!!

Rimoun did a wonderful job as a property manager. Prompt response for any issues, that he took care of. As well as, very courteous when scheduling showings. Received our deposit back promptly (within state law guidelines). Had no issues with moving in (that he couldnt resolve), while living there, or when moving out and getting deposit.
