        THE WORST experience my family has ever had renting in a 20+ year military career. To my fellow service member families, PLEASE do not do business with this group. If I wrote the whole story it would be a page, but one military spouse to any other, I would avoid this company at all costs

        I have been so unhappy with Bay Property Management Group's handling of my lease and maintenance requests that I am terminating my lease in a great area in a cute, affordable apartment - and that is saying a lot! Months of delays in mold remediation, threatening messages for fees I am not liable for and "required" special cleaning services that were not mentioned in the lease agreement with of course, threats of fees and additional charges if not met. Move-in was fine but everything after a total nightmare!
