Worked with Melissa and shes awesome. Feel so much better after completing therapy and following her instructions. PT was customized for my unique conditions and challenges and its worked 100%. Definitely will be going back for all PT needs. Thanks Melissa!

I can't recommend Optimal Physical Therapy highly enough. I have been working with Kerry for hip and lower back issues for a few weeks now and couldn't be happier with the care I'm receiving. Kerry is a highly skilled professional - knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. She is so easy to work with that I actually look forward to my sessions (something I've never said about a PT experience before). I haven't worked with Melissa, but I've seen her working with other patients, and she is clearly an outstanding therapist as well. A colleague recommended Optimal PT to me, and I am so glad that she did. This is a first-rate physical therapy practice - conveniently located, physically inviting, and well-managed by two caring, dedicated therapists.

I highly recommend Optimal Physical Therapy, especially Melissa. As result of a ruptured disk (L4/L5 area), I had been suffering excruciating pain, so much so that I had been literally crawling on hands and knees. I had heard from a friend that Melissa has had training in the McKenzie Method, which specializes in the treatment of problems associated with spinal and extremity pain. After about 6 treatments, my pain was gone, and I was able to resume my day to day activities. I now continue to do the daily exercises that Melissa has recommended to help alleviate the possibility of the same pain returning. I am extremely grateful to Melissa for her knowledge, expertise, and for her help. Melissa is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, and she is a co-owner of Optimal Physical Therapy. And, by the way, the cost of treatment was quite reasonable. Thank you, Melissa, for your help. :)

Ive been to optimal twice to rehab hamstring and back injuries and have nothing but compliments to give. Melissa and Kerry are excellent, professional, and friendly therapists who have a great studio conveniently right above the Rosslyn metro station. They put together a personalized rehab plan with progressive stretches & exercises and a gradual return to activity. The studio was never overcrowded, and they were very attentive during our sessions. Im very happy to be healthy again but will (almost) miss going there because it was a great experience.
