        I parked at 10:40 am on a Monday. I returned at 11:30 am and the gates were down on multiple entrances as well as doors being locked to get inside. This lot was still supposed to be open. I couldnt get to my car. Only way I was able to get my car back was by finding the security for the building. They let me access the garage via an elevator past the security desk. At this point, I was now charged for 2 hours of parking instead of the one I shouldve been charged. It was also a major inconvenience. I was late for work because of it. The garage was definitely not worth the money I paid for it because of the hassle. I expected a lot better.

        Says they closed at 7 PM, at 7:10 PM I pulled up and the attendant said I could park there and get my car at any time. I come back at 9 PM and it was closed and no way to get in the building or garage.
