The Physician's Assistant that met with my daughter was great, but the receptionist who incorrectly billed us and then couldn't explain why they sometimes bill the insurance first and other times they ask for a copay first, left me frustrated and perplex. We have Tricare (military) insurance which should have been billed first and then we usually receive a bill in the mail for any copay. That didn't happen with this place. They asked for a copay up front and then come to find out the copay amount was incorrect (higher than it should've been) and we were owed a credit, for which we are waiting to receive in the mail. We will not be going back because of this.

The staff here along side Dr B are truly amazing! I had the privilege of being treated by Dr B, Tiffany, and their team for 4yrs and my conditions improved SIGNIFICANTLY under their care. I used to spend a great amount of time in the E.Rs, Dr B's innovative solutions will be greatly missed now that I've moved out of state :/

I am a 73 year old woman, and believe Dr Budampati may be judgmental toward seniors; as with me, she was abrupt, overly critical and unprofessional acting. At one point I felt as though she was screaming at me. She did not listen to my medication concerns, and had me leave her office distraught and in tears.

Dr Budampati performed a Kyphoplasty on my spine a week ago. She is a wonderful doctor- personable, competent, and caring. She listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. I also cant say enough about her staff - wonderful!
