Dr. Michelle M. Roeser (Ear, Nose, & Throat Specialists of Northern Virginia)

This was not the experience I was hoping for. I had an appt today and was refused service because I was 15 minutes late. My drive typically is about 25 minutes but today I unfortunately had to navigate 2 accidents and get re-routed. Not sure if it was the windy, dry weather and fire warnings or what exactly. However, I called the office to let them know I was on my way but would be delayed. No one ever answers their phones. They have a ridiculous automated system called Klara that sends you a text saying they got your message and will call you back. I didnt get any calls back. Needless to say, I absolutely respect a doctors need to keep a schedule, but I would have appreciated a call back when I alerted them I was running late due to the accidents, if they couldnt see me. In addition, having me wait in the waiting room for 20 minutes after I checked in, to only then tell me that Dr. Roeser decided not to see me because I was 15 minutes late, was absurd. I am a busy mom and run a business full-time and it took nearly two months to get this appointment. I ended up spending two hours of my day driving back and forth and sitting in their waiting room for absolutely nothing. I will not be going back to this practice. No compassion or grace (not to mention how many times must patients wait for doctors for far more than 15 minutes before being seen). They clearly dont value their patients as much as they value themselves.

Great doctor and I had an awesome initial appointment. I was scheduled for a follow-up telemedicine appointment (just to discuss how well over-the-counter treatments are working) but unexplained reasons, they stopped doing telemedicine altogether. Cancelled my follow-up. It's not worth the time end effort to go into their office for a 10 minute discussion.

Absolutely disappointed with my two minutes consultation with Dr. Michelle Roeser. After consulting a pediatrician, I was informed that my baby had his tongue tied so I decided to consult an ENT Specialist to confirm If my baby would need to get his tongue clipped/released - thats when I met Dr Michelle Roeser. After a couple of minutes consultation with Dr Roeser, she assured me and my partner that my baby would not need any surgery/procedure to be done in his tongue. Today, Feb 21st, upon a consultation with a lactation consultant as well as a pediatrician, they both confirmed my baby has lost weight due to his tongue that has not been released. Dr Michelle Roeser couldnt care less for our situation. She didnt check my baby properly and exposed his health. I am now scheduling an urgent consultation with a Dental Specialist to get his tongue fixed so he isnt underfed for any longer as well as paying the bill sent by Ear, Nose and Throat Specialists of Northern Virginia. Never again.

Dr. Roeser is so amazing at her job that I got compliments on the septoplasty she performed only 3 days post op. I could not recommend her more!!!
